| Myriam Brel is a bilingual consultant who has overseen the management of corporate transformation projects for over twenty years. Her specialty is accompanying businesses throughout their strategic evolution and business process review, as well as during the evaluation of their organizational and technological suitability. Her career was launched in France, followed by a transition to Canada in 1988, where she has plied her trade ever since.

While her training as a mechanical engineer initially drew her to the area of manufacturing management (discrete and continuous production), over the course of her career she has also developed solid expertise in many other diverse sectors of activity: wholesales, retail sales, textile manufacturing, telecommunications and public utilities.
She has been called to action in a wide range of business specializations including customer service, supply chain and production logistics, not to mention finance and human resource management. Her track record spanning over 23 projects completed with varied clientele (upper management, executives, professionals and unionized workers) taught her the importance of involving and mobilizing human capital throughout strategic transformations. |
